Terms of Use
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Copier - Digital Scanner app ("Copier", "we") and this website. By using Copier you agree to them. If you got Copier from the Apple App Store, Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins for App Store copies.
Using Copier
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Copier on devices you own or control. Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and only scan documents you have the right to copy.
Your documents
Your scans belong to you. They are stored on your device, not with us, so keep your own backups: if you delete the app or lose your device, we can't recover them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Free version and Copier Pro
Scanning and sharing pages as JPG is free. PDF export and unlimited documents come with Copier Pro, available two ways:
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that keeps Pro for as long as the app is available.
- Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription (US $1.99 a week; the price in your country is shown before you buy).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The weekly subscription renews automaticallyunless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current week; your account is charged for the next week within 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Restore Purchases in the app brings back a purchase on a new device signed in to the same store account.
Promo codes
We sometimes give out codes that unlock Copier Lifetime for free. Codes are single-use, can't be exchanged for money and may expire on the date stated when they're given out.
No warranty
Copier is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free or that every scan will be perfect. Check important documents before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost documents or data, arising from your use of Copier. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top; continuing to use Copier means you accept the new terms.
